Definitely not! Be’s delicate pixelated dots or strokes blend subtly with your existing brow hair for the most realistic and natural look.

Pixels & Strokes advises you to not apply direct make-up to the brows after tattooing.

Treat your brows as if they’re healing. Use the after cream and the set of instructions supplied to you at your appointment. You can also read our care instructions here.

You can still wear foundation around the tattoo but be careful not to touch your brows with product until fully healed.

It all depends on how you want to wear them. If your style is more minimal then keep them as natural as you like because the tattoo will blend with your hair.

However, if you like a more polished look, please see Be for monthly maintenance. This involves a styling service tint & wax.

If you have very light hair, you might still want to tint your brows every 5-6 weeks. Be can offer guidance for a personal maintenance plan once you have had your tattoos done.

Yes you can!

If it's Be's work, and with no previous tattooing done elsewhere, she can either tone down your colour or brighten it up, depending on what you require.

If it is another artist’s work, a consultation is required with Be to see if this is possible.

Your cosmetic tattoos will last between 1 and 3 years, depending on how well you have followed the after care plan, how well your skin absorbs the pigment, and how you’ve protected your tattoos over the long term.

If you need Be to repair or correct your eyebrows that have been tattooed by another artist, please send photos of your brows to Be@pixelsandstrokes.au.

Be will assess their condition and will be in touch with you to let you know of the extent of the work that needs to be done and the cost of that repair work. Please keep in mind that your existing tattoos may need to be removed, but don’t worry as Be will provide you with a tailored plan, communicate with you every step of the way and will be right beside you through the whole process.

Yes, Be offers a touch-up appointment between 4-6 weeks after you have been tattooed. This is to touch up any drop-out zones which may have been caused from consistently sleeping on one side or oily skin that repels the colour. These touch-ups are included in the cost of the tattoo and include eyebrows, lips and eyeliner.

Your follow-up appointment is scheduled anytime between 1 to 3 years after your initial tattoo appointment, depending on how well you have followed the after care plan, how well your skin absorbs the pigment, and how you’ve protected your tattoos over the long term.

After 1 year, Be offers a free consultation to assess how well your tattoos have healed and will advise when your follow-up appointment will be.
