Cosmetic Tattoo Training with
Belinda Meuleman
Belinda completed her Beauty Therapy qualification more than 20 years ago, developing an early specialisation in brow styling, shaping, waxing and tinting before moving into cosmetic tattooing.
Her experience includes more than six years working in an established salon and training environment, performing cosmetic tattoo treatments and teaching students.
Belinda holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and has completed advanced training in eyebrow, lip and eyeliner cosmetic tattooing.
Her training focuses on the skills artists need in practice: understanding skin, selecting pigments and needles, operating a cosmetic tattoo machine, developing technique, troubleshooting and working safely and confidently with clients.
As a trainer, Belinda is genuinely invested in the success of every student and wants them to feel confident in their skills beyond the classroom. Her goal is to provide practical guidance, encouragement and ongoing support as each student develops as a cosmetic tattoo artist.
3-Day Beginner Brow Cosmetic Tattoo Course

Learn cosmetic brow tattooing from the foundations through to supervised work on live models.
This beginner cosmetic tattoo course in Perth requires no previous beauty therapy or cosmetic tattoo experience.
Students receive a professional cosmetic tattoo kit valued at $850, providing the essential equipment needed to continue practising after training.
